Postage & Returns


All our products here are Marigold are handmade and will be ready to dispatch within 2-7days. 

Any special requests or made to orders ideas are most welcomed, however please allow 5-7 working days for dispatch of item/s.


Currently we use Sendle where possible, when out of area Australia Post will be used.
This is the most cost effective way of posting to ensure that your new Marigold products arrive safe and sound to your home. You will be provided with a track number.
Please allow up to 1 week for your order to arrive. 


Please note:
Marigold is unable to control postage and delivery delays and items lost in transit. Due to the nature of post, Marigold can not take responsibility  for items lost of damaged. However before we send you items we will do our upmost to ensure that all items are packed with love and care to ensure their safe journey to you. Where possible we will provide you with a tracking number.
